My order has arrived damaged or incorrect, what can i do?

if your item has arrived broken or damaged i will require a photograph of the broken item, and the packaging it arrived in in order to assist you further, no refund or replacement will be issued unless i have this evidence.

If your item has a spelling mistake or error within the colours, writing or product itself i will require a photograph of the error, at this point i will investigate the information provided to me, if the personalisation was spelt incorrectly i will not issue a refund or replacement. if this is a shop error you will be offered a refund or replacement.

My order has arrived later than expected, can i have a refund?

All dates are estimated and cannot be guaranteed exactly, these are simply guides based on the shop turnaround times and royal mails estimated dispatch dates. if your order is 10 or more working days late this would now be considered lost, please contact me so I can assist you with your order.

Can i return my item if i am not satisfied?

Personalised & custom orders are non refundable, and cannot be cancelled.

Items which are not personalised or custom designed in any way

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. This right is applicable for all purchases made online, over the phone, or by mail order.

Can i request a completely custom design?

We welcome custom orders, whether you're looking for new fonts, different placements, colors, or a completely new insert design tailored to your needs. From minor adjustments to entirely fresh designs, we're here to help! Please email us at info@papertrailstationery.com or use our contact form, and we'll respond as quickly as possible. We can also arrange a call to discuss your requirements in detail!

I've purchased a photo gift, how do i send the photo?
